Has been 90's rapper Warren G recently granted an interview to Vanity Fair to begin promotion for a new album to be released next month and out of nowhere began an anti-gay tirade that only made his already incoherent interview even worse.
From Vanity Fair:
Warren G: As a generation, we need to start leading these kids down the right path. I mean, I ain’t against the gays or nothin’.I know people that’s gay. My wife’s got friends that are gay. I got family that’s gay. Cousins and shit. He cool as fuck. He cool as a motherfucker. He’s my homie. I just mean that on some of these TV shows, they got dudes kissing. And kids are watching that shit. We can’t have kids growing up with that.
I know it happens, but let’s keep it behind the scenes. Ain’t nothin’ wrong with it if that’s what two dudes wanna do. Cool. But that’s not bring that out into the world, where the kids can see that. We don’t want all the kids doing that. ‘Cause that ain’t how we was originally put here to do. Like I said, I ain’t got no problem with the gays.
Sounds like you have a problem to me Warren G. By the way, what does the "G" stand for? How you doing?
And this ladies and gentlemen is coming from someone who was arrested in 2008 for possession of marijuana with intent to sell. Now that's a wonderful image to present to kids. SMDH.

I don't know what shows he's watching but I rarely see two guys kissing on tv. There are more women kissing each other than anything else and I bet he doesn't have a problem with it. That's such a double standard.

It's sad but it's a fact that a lot of people who claim to be accepting of gays feel the same way as Warren G. People must learn that hiding homosexuality isn't going to make it disappear nor will it keep children "safe" from being gay. It kills me to hear people speak of homosexuality as if it's a contageous disease.

I have to agree with anon. What station is he tuned in to that he sees all these gay men kissing?
Most of the gay oriented shows have come and gone. You really have to search to see two men kissing. Were you searching Warren?
Keepin' it behind scenes isn't the answer either. The black community sweeps too much under the rug that's why we are in some the predicaments we are in now.

The bigger question is why the hell Vanity Fair was interviewing Warren G.

"The bigger question is why the hell Vanity Fair was interviewing Warren G."
That's the million dollar question. He had a hit (or hits) in the 90s. And then what? He went to jail for possessing weed with intent to sell it? And he's being interviewed by "Vanity Fair". Why? Is Vanity Fair going out of business?

Who in the hell is Warren G? He had a hit album back in 94 and then his fatass went to celebrity fit club...::shrug:: Why does he even think he makes the gay community's radar?
Hell, any chance for a career comeback was killed since the majority of his fans were gay men that thought he was hot.
He has the audacity to try and be a role model for kids when he was nothing but a gang banger that hung out with a guy (Snoop)that almost caught a murder rap.
Stupid idiot.
And I'll also ask...
Why was Vanity Fair interviewing him?
That's like Vogue Magazine putting Flavor Flav on the cover!
