Despite posing nude and failing to disclose this fact per her contract to pageant officials, coupled with her bigoted and polarizing answer on marriage equality that started this firestorm, Donald Trump has allowed Carrie Prejean to retain her title as Miss California. Do you agree? I definitely don't and expressed my feelings with quite a few folks via twitter this morning.

I have no problem with her opposing marriage equality and exercising her right to free speech. But with free speech comes consequences. Now she's the new Anita Bryant and the National Organization for Marriage is using her to promote their hateful agenda.

Let me know your thoughts.

If she should have lost her crown, it should have been because she lied about the nude pictures.

But as far as saying that she doesn't agree with gay marriage, she should stay put. In no way do I agree that EVERYBODY should agree with gay marriage. I think that people have a choice in these matters and we can't say, "Let's vote for president, IF he agrees with gay marriage."

"Let's agree to have the principal of my child's school remain IF he/she agrees with gay marriage!"

"I will only shop at Walmart IF the Board of Directors agree with gay marriage!"

YOUR plight is not that of everybody elses and there are plenty of things that people do that others don't agree with. So, if people choose to go to the bible as it relates to the description of marriage, who are WE to suggest that they don't reserve that right.

This chick is a hypocrite for posing nude and then having a say on gay marriage, but this is America and she has that right.

There are SOOOO many other important things we need to be concerned about and Miss California simply isn't in that number for me.

Can we rally the troops on a REAL fight?

I am glad that she didn't loose the crown. I think if that had happen she would have been seen as a bigger martyr than she is and we don't need that @ all. Hopefully now she can go away and the gay marriage train can continue on down the track.

Why are we still giving her any attention? It's all up to Donald Trump; it's his show. I expected her to keep it. Remember the contestant with the cocaine and drinking issue? Miss California may not agree with gay marriage, and she may have posed nude, but I won't judge her. She is doing great job at making herself look foolish.

It just goes to show, you can break contractual agreements, and lie and get away with it as long as you do so in the name of Jesus.

Jesus needs to seriously look into getting different representation.

She keeps the crown...yay!! Think about it, how many Miss Americas, California, etc. are remotely memorable after their 365 days of fame? Exactly. One. Vanessa Williams...and why? Cuz she LOST her crown..and became a star instead. Little Miss Thing here should go ahead and keep her title. So what if she does not agree with gay marriage. If she did, would we even have this discussion? She is the posterchild for conservative bimbos...and you thought is was just Sarah Palin. Let her be...let us not become the same type of haters we accuse them of being.

Barbie doesn't understand that her "fame" will always rest on her being a homophobe/bigot. She can have no long term success in the "show business" world. The gays have wide influence in the entertainment/modeling/acting industry. Remember what happened to Anita Bryant (for those of you who know your gay/lesbian history).

I could care less what she believes pertaining to marriage, but I see that Donald Trunmp is game for showing little girls around the world that it is alright to lie to get what you want. If you are asked a question, you should tell the truth, and the fact that it was a rule of the pagent and than Trump allowed her to keep the title is just pisses me off.
