Sometimes a picture is worth a thousand words.
Let's defeat Prop 8 in California.
Let's defeat Prop 102 in Arizona.
Let's defeat Amendment 2 in Florida.
This is the civil rights movement of our time.
You may not see these images apart of any of the campaigns, but the fight in these three states that will eventually spread across the nation is about us too.

Thanks Darian. Its rare to see these kinds of positive images of Black SGL men but they are essential if we are to have successful Black SGL relationships. Your ability to inspire others is great gift to the Black SGL community.

Plenty of white gay couples have taken their vows where they can. Many rushed to cali for ex. I'm sure a few met for the 1st time and said lets do this ..we need this!
Im wondering though.. of those black couples in the photos above,
1. Which ones are advocates for gay marriage?
2.How many have been together 3+ years or more ...and of those...
3.Which ones (3yrs+ grp) have taken advantage of gay married?
IF NOT WHY NOT?!?!?!!
If you're black, gay, in a long term MONOGAMOUS relationship of several years AND you've been a important voice for HRC/NBJC's (pretty much the same org) gay marriage initiative, quick to dismiss any objections, then you should be the 1st one down the aisle in my opinion.
