An extended trailer for the forthcoming black gay reality series "Tha Life Atlanta" has been released and it's quite interesting. You may recall reading about Tha Life Atlanta on loldarian.com earlier this year after the cast made their first public appearance.

If the YouTube comments are any indication of how this show will be received by mainstream America then black gay men everywhere better get prepared for some fierce dialogue. I'll be watching with one eye closed. The network hosting the series has yet to be announced.

Watch the trailer HERE.

Sorry but I am as embarrassed by the photos promoting this show as most NJ women are probably embarrassed by Snooki. I don't dress like these guys and neither do my friends. But I guess presenting more conventional looking Black gay men would not sell. As we lust for the entertainment value of these real housewives style shows we also must accept the fact that they will frame they ways in which other people will understand who we are. Its like taking one step forward and 2 steps backwards.

I see this show on Bravo. Andy Cohen will not know what to do with himself because this show will bring him to the top. As far as the content of the show, the men seem very powerful but at the same time they have these "Boughetto" atitudes. We need men with money who are HUMBLE. Kim was right when she said "In Atlanta money and class do give you power".
