Note to self: Immediately run out to purchase a copy of Essence. The cover photo may be old but he still looks hot! Times must be hard over at Essence.
New Orleans Saints running back and arm candy to reality star Kim Kardashian covers the February Issue of Essence Magazine. Bush is one of 10 beautiful black men from sports, music, and Hollywood featured in Essence's first Black Men, Love & Relationship issue.
Actors Idris Ilba and Lance Gross along with rapper LL Cool J are also included on the list.
I sure hope Kim Kardashian can handle all of that man cause if she can't...

Bush is definitely something to look at, but its seems odd that ESSENCE would choose him for the story, especially putting him on the cover. They often do stories about the dearth of Black men, in regards to their availability to Black women......and they go with one dating a White woman??? Hmmmmmm......

I agree Bruh and Essence subscribers are not pleased with their choice to put Reggie on the cover. I anticipate a statement from Essence real soon. They have some explaining to do.

Putting Reggie Bush on the cover of Essence is (almost) like putting Tiger Woods on the cover. Come on Black women deserve more than that. But come to think of it Black gay men often disrespect their own just as badly by promoting 'famous' Black gay male snow queens in our publications (let's not name names). What a sad bunch of self hating losers many of us have become.
