The answer is yes. Beginning tonight at 10PM EST and every Wednesday thereafter LOGO will begin running the groundbreaking black gay series from start to finish.
Now on to the question I know that's running through your mind. Is the series coming back for a third season? While I can't say yes for certain I do know that the possibility of the show returning could potentially be all up to us-the audience.
We know there's an audience for the show and we proved it by tuning in weekly, throwing watch parties, and coming out in droves to see the boys on the big screen. Now that shows appearing on LOGO are Nielsen rated we can provide the numbers to show the powers that be that there's an audience for stories about gay men of color. The Queer As Folk reruns are cute but haven't we had enough already?
It looks like you may have a reason to renew your LOGO subscription people! Be sure to tune in tonight at 10PM EST and set your DVR's.

Seriously, would Nielson make a difference NOW? Many people I know already own the DVDs even if they don't have LOGO so having the show returning pending Nielson rating after all of this time is not quite putting the show on level playing ground don't you think?

Interesting. As much as I love the show I just don't think I'll be renewing my Logo subscription for this. Every single person I know that was a fan owns both seasons and the movie on DVD. The rate that these items flew off the shelf should be an indication that there is a market for this. They can't seriously think they can determine popularity based on several year old reruns.

This is just more BS from LOGO.
Noah's Arc had the viewers from
DAY ONE. It was THE water cooler
show, yet after each season, there was the threat that it might not return, yada yada. Each time, there were email and letter writing campaigns, begging them to continue with more seasons. They had MORE than enough proof of how
much the show was cherished, yet after the second season, they ended it anyway. Showing the fans just how much of a damn they gave about us. They claimed financial reasons....then turned right around and acquired Queer As Folk.
Why front? "We" know the real deal. LOGO could not stand the fact that the show many considered its signature show, was one with a cast that was all POC. Not only that, but said characters on the show ACTUALLY WERE INVOLVED WITH, OR ATTRACTED TO, O-T-H-E-R POC. That didn't sit right with them. Black men not foaming at the mouth to be all wrapped up with White men? Was this some alternate universe???? If Noah had some White guys up his ass a few times, or if some White regulars were added to the show, it would never
have been canceled. If that ain't da Gospel then Rhianna is a virgin!
Renewing LOGO makes about as much sense as rewewing your JET magazine subscriptions!
NO MO' LOGO!

If Noah's Arc does go back on Logo I hope a new series come from this and there will be a dvd that comes out of it. Otherwise, I'll be over it since I dont have a tv. Maybe I'll come visit you Darian. Lol!

I have nothing to say but co sign on Bruh L's comment...
Nothing else needs to be said.
Why now LOGO?

Well I hope the show does indeed get a 3rd season. I thoroughly enjoyed the first 2 seasons. I can remember when I first saw the show, I was floored to say the least that there was an actual black gay show, although I did have some complaints about the full betrayal of all black gays as being just like those guys on the show, still the show as fun and entertaining. Don't know about watching reruns either, so I might not help with the ratings unless they are new shows.

B. L. Rose, I never understood why the brethren who would complain about Noah's Arc, would cite that, what you just touched on as a reason. Where did the show, or anyone from it, say it was meant to represent ALL GBM? It was just a show about the lives of t-h-o-s-e 4 main characters. Did "The Cosby Show" represent ALL Black families?
Did "Good Times"? Often, some would complain that everyone on N A was too fem. Which, by the way, was a
lie. Noah, could be over the top,
especially with his fashions, and Alex was loud and flamboyant at times, but Chance was somewhat stuffy, and Ricky was a studly ho. Neither Ricky nor Chance were really fem.....unless anyone not
"thugged out" is considered fem. Peeps wanted too much from the show, instead of just enjoying it for its entertainment value, and for the mere fact that some mofos who looked like us and our friends, were on TV for a change. I was really disappointed to read the various comments in online groups that were being negative in regards to N A, during that time. It was a NEW show!
No one should have been expecting it to be the gay version of "ROOTS",
right off the bat. Maybe if it had been fully supported by LOGO, as well as the naysayers, it would have developed into a more complex show....as well as have been the catalyst for other programming that featured GBM. However, all it
got was 2 damn seasons, and got those seemingly halfheartedly from
LOGO. Those who wanted it off the
air, got their wish. Now, what do we have? LOGO got no problem supporting MOC, if they're in sequins and MAC makeup. No diss
to RuPaul, because I'm a fan, but N A could have used some of the love that "Drag Race" seems to be getting. Personally, if N A is to come back with newer episodes, I hope they could find a different cable network. LOGO would just shit on it all over again.

Well, it seems that Noah's Arc was shortchanged by the upper management at LOGO and MTV Networks. They knew it was well-liked, but cancelled it anyways. It's like how the upper management at CBS and Warner Brothers allowed the show "The Game" to be cancelled although it was very popular.

Logo has some good programming at times but I don't get what the fuss over Noah's Arc is about. Everyone that I know who subscribes to Logo either hated Noah's Arc or just didn't watch it. I personally thought it was corny and in serious need of some professional tweaking. I think a larger percentage of Logo's viewing audience probably doesn't care if it returns or not. I know it wouldn't make any difference to me. I'd rather see other better quality black gay productions like The DL Chronicles on Logo.

Is Logo still alive and kicking? LOL! After Noah's Arc I saw the channel as a dead animal in the road. Rupaul's show revived it and will do so again for the new season. However, in speaking of their programming as a whole, Logo is a BIG chop. The movies are always vanilla-corny as are the series and specials.

Let sleeping dogs lie. Noah's Arc had it's time and LOGO shat all over it for it's entire run...
No, I have the DVD's. I will not support logo.

I think it’s great and even though I have the DVD set of seasons 1 and 2, I’d still watch the reruns on TV, just as I have the DVD sets yet I still watch the Cosby show and Good Times and the Golden Girls on TV.
My only criticism of the TV show Noah’s Arc was addressed when it hit the big screen: that there was no mention or no interaction with anyone in any of their families. Since that was taken care of in the movie, I don’t have anything to complain about.
Lets do the watch parties again. I thought it was an entertaining show. Their lives didn’t particularly fit my own life, but it I definitely could identify with the struggles in their personal and professional lives. Whether or not they are femme is irrelevant. It’s the content of their lives and the way they move throughout the story line (hence the term Arc) is what inspires me to watch Noah’s Arc.

Hey dude, hope the show was on till the end. I was floored to say the least that there was an actual black gay show.

Maybe the show was too ground breaking, and caused to much controversy for logo to deal with. I believe that the big wigs at logo are not as daring, or inovative as they pretend to be.
I think a proven hit show, with a growing hungry audience, should pick up their act and seek finance elsewhere- Patrick Ian Polk- Never give up - You've got something special here, & with The political climate changing rapidly
this is a program that can only grow, for there are many untold stories yet to be told!! It's called vision!!

I really loved the show. Should. There. Be a new season? Only if the writing. Was better and added more characters to the cast. The main characters needed more people to interact with. And dig more into their lives , like what their families where like and how they came out

I think it will be great if they thought about doing another season I think people will re subscribe to logo if a new season was in the making this was a great show I have all seasons it's only fair to do something after making us wait all this time. The producer might lose his audience if he doesn't give us what we want and we want Noah's Arc Back! New! Season!
