I said I wasn't going to write anything about Mark Foley, but if you've been watching tv over the past few days then I'm sure you've been unable to escape the 24/7 news coverage on this political scandal.

To sum it all up, this troubled man who has a liking for underage boys sent sexually suggestive e-mails to a staff page and his right wing chronies covered it up for years and now all of his dirt is being exposed in front of the entire world.

I thought immoral behavior didn't exist amongst Republicans? What is done in the dark will surely come to light.

What I reject the most is the media and the White House blaming this man's issues on him being a homosexual.

If anything his behavior is a result of pedophilia and not homosexuality, no matter how conservative extremists try to draw parallels between the two their is a big difference.

Now he's in rehab for alcoholism( cause all of us gays have a drinking problem) and his homosexuality is the root cause of his attraction to young boys(cause we're all out to hurt the kids).

Where is the HRC's outrage over how gay Americans are being portrayed as a result of this man's wrongdoing?

I think it's hilarious how Republican's are distancing themselves from Foley and comparing it to the Clinton scandal, because Foley's pedophilia is definitely Bill Clinton's fault. When are the Republicans going to learn that people in glass houses shouldn't throw stones?
