I think when you see black artists using a white model it's about their look, chemistry, sexiness that comes across. Yes there are male black models who have the same thing going for them but would not kiss a man or be filmed in a gay/transgender video, afraid it may hurt their career. Those models could be gay but wouldn't want the world to know or suspect.
