That's the question I along with so many others were wondering yesterday as the world watched her mindlessly nod in agreement on the 700 Club to Pat Robertson's outrageous statement regarding Haiti's "pact with the devil" resulting in the catastrophic earthquake that has claimed the lives of an estimated 60,000 people.

Queerty has done some digging and has some background info on Robertson's co-host Kristi Watts as well as one of the sappiest videos I think that has ever been created delivering Watts personal testimony on overcoming divorce.

From Queerty:

She's from Chicago. She's the youngest of five. She recently went through a divorce. She got a communications degree from University of Dayton in Ohio. And she produced this thing –

– where she asks rhetorically, "I've called myself a Christian since I was five years old, but what does that mean?"

Perpetuating the ridiculous theories of a zealot, that's what.

Watts really gets into her "living your best life Oprah moment" around the 3:00 mark when she describes a prophecy given to her by one of her interviewees. I personally would have bought it prior to watching her support Pat Robertson's erroneous Haiti claim. But I guess he writes the checks.
